This raw liquid honey comes from the native black beech tree, which has strong rich complex flavours and has been carefully processed from hive to jar to help retain its nutritional properties. 

Studies have shown Honeydew can have high levels of antioxidants antibacterial activity and oligosaccharides (complex sugars) which may help maintain beneficial probiotic bacteria.
