In 1886 Mount Tarawera erupted and caused widespread devastation. Among its victims were the Pink and White Terraces, considered to be the eighth natural wonder of the world. As time passed, the fertile Onuku land at the base of the mountain flourished enabling our farms to become very successful.
Mānuka Honey comes from the nectar of the flower of the Mānuka bush which is indigenous to New Zealand. It is the nectar and the bee that give this honey its unique properties. This product has undergone UMF testing, showing that it meets the strict standards for Mānuka honey's purity and quality.
This product contians 1200mg/kg of naturally occuring methylglyoxal.
