Waitemata Rewarewa Liquid Honey

Called the New Zealand honeysuckle by early European settlers, honey produced from the rewarewa tree is deep red/ amber in colour with an intense aroma and has a lovely sweet fruity flavour. Rewarewa works very well as a liquid honey for use in baking and sweetening drinks.
